Unfortunately, it is an issue of supply and demand too many patients needing care and this puts pressure on all the medical staff. Patients have to be patient!!

I think the medical staff coming out to collect the patient from the waiting room is very time consuming. While I think it is a lovely idea especially for the very elderly I think it is a luxury. I have always had to respond to a call over a speaker system and it is quick and efficient.

Insufficient staff to answer phones. It can take hours to get through

Putting a skip across 2 disabled car spaces was ill thought out. Check in screen often not working so long queue to check in

Excellent service. Dr Bisatt was compassionate, kind and professional explaining everything and went above his duties to reassure me. Once you get to see the doctors the care and dedication from all staff is exemplary

Getting an appointment is the only problem. I understand whole system is under pressure but would help if something could be done.

When I had a letter from the surgery asking me to make my yearly check up with the Dr it was easy to phone and make the appointments with both the nurse and the Dr. And the followup appointments with the nurse and a phone appointment with the Dr were easy to access

Nothing really...it was very satisfactory.

Generally satisfied apart from waiting room experience. See below. Also would like it made easier to make appointments.

Get some fresh air into the waiting room by opening some windows please
